Information we collect

When you request Axios Bible study reminders, we collect your first name, mobile number, consent wording and date, subscription status, and phone-confirmation details. We also keep message delivery records and incoming signup, STOP, START, and HELP events used to manage your subscription.

How we use information

We use this information to provide the reminders you request, confirm your phone, honor opt-out requests, provide support, and troubleshoot delivery. The signup page uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated submissions.

Mobile information and messaging consent

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or transfer your SMS/MMS consent to another sender.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the signup page and processes security checks, Supabase stores subscription records, and Twilio and mobile carriers process messages for delivery. These providers process information to operate Axios on our behalf, not to receive your consent for their own messaging or marketing programs.

Your choices

Requests remain pending until phone confirmation is completed and messaging is enabled. Once messaging is active, reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. The normal frequency is a signup confirmation text, a welcome message with current resources after your START reply, then one reminder each Friday at 9 a.m. Pacific, with confirmation or help replies as needed.

Records and privacy requests

We keep subscription, consent, opt-out, and delivery records as needed to operate the program, document consent, and honor your choices. Email paul@454creative.com to request access, correction, or deletion. Some consent or opt-out records may need to be retained to document your request and prevent unwanted messages.
